Requirements:
- Preferably 3-5 years of technical or consulting experience within the document imaging and (advance) data capture industry.
- Experience and Certifications with AnyDoc, Kofax, Peladon are a plus.
- Experience in Mortgage, Insurance, Redaction or Accounts Payable Applications are a plus.
- Excellent customer service orientation and listening skills.
- The ability to communicate at a senior management level in English, both verbally and in writing, and clearly convey complex or technical issues to a wide audience.
- Proficiency in all MS Office products.
- BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with Relational Databases, SQL and XML.
- Programming skills (VB.Net and Java, C# big pluses).
- Fluency in a foreign language (French, Spanish, Japanese, Russian) is a plus.
