Greg Boyd, President
Over the years, Greg has solidified his position as an industry expert. He has been a featured speaker at several industry conferences, including COMDEX, AIIM, and URISA, and has written numerous articles for industry publications. Greg earned B.As in Philosophy and Economics from Wittenberg University.
He has worked as a researcher at the Argonne National Laboratory, as an IBM Systems Engineer, as the President of iLAN, and as the Founder and President of Data Dynamics.
Greg began designing and implementing ECM and workflow systems in 1987. In 1993, he founded Results Engineering, a leading Enterprise Content Management consulting organization, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
Greg has designed and implemented new imaging and workflow systems for dozens of organizations, including the U.S. and Canadian federal governments and government at the state, county and municipal level.
He is known for his implementation of multiple award-winning workflow process improvement systems.
Paul Moore, Chief Technical Officer
Paul is a highly experienced imaging, workflow, COLD, EDMS designer, implementer, troubleshooter, and application designer, with over 50 successful EDMS system implementations, including multiple award-winning designs. Paul designed and led the development of Results Engineering’s Court Document Management Solution, CourtBase™.
He has designed and led the development of numerous other projects, including Kodak ArchiveWriter interface to Hyland OnBase, the accounts payable workflow system with web interface, the workflow system for medical records coding, and a WAN capture system for mortgages.
Paul received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah.
George Gilbert, Director of Professional Services
George Gilbert brings 15 years of IT Operations and Project Management experience to the Results Engineering team. In May 2007, he came aboard to manage the Professional Services Team, and he is now the Director of Professional Services.
George has overseen a variety of successful projects at Results Engineering, including a major initiative at Cleveland Public Schools, where Results Engineering automated the administration process of the Federal Free and Reduced Meals program.
George is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and he is certified in Hyland OnBase System Administration, Workflow and Workflow Design.
He also has an AIIM Enterprise Continent Management Practitioner Certification. George earned his Bachelors of Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University and his MBA from the University of Florida.
James Finn, Chief Financial Officer
James Finn is a skilled CPA, with more than 15 years of professional accounting experience, whose mission is to positively impact the company’s bottom line.
In addition to effectively managing the financial landscape of the company, he is also in charge of handling all human resources. This includes negotiating all employee benefit plans, administrating the company’s 401K retirement plan, and maintaining company insurance contracts.
Recently, James managed and negotiated the sale of a Results Engineering’s subsidiary to an outside organization. He also works diligently with senior management to find ways to improve company operations.
James earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Wittenberg University with Emphasis in Accounting and Finance. James is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
